Role of a Research Analyst (RA)

As a SEBI Registered Research Analyst, GrowMor Research undertakes to:

Publish research reports based on independent and unbiased analysis.
Disclose financial interests in recommended securities, wherever applicable.
Base recommendations on publicly available information and known observations.
Conduct annual audits as per SEBI requirements.
Ensure that all advertisements comply with SEBI’s Advertisement Code.
Maintain detailed records of all investor interactions (including with prospective clients).

Services Provided to Investors

Onboarding of Clients: Sharing terms & conditions and completing KYC of fee-paying clients.

Disclosures:

Business activities, disciplinary history, risks, and potential conflicts of interest.
Use of AI tools, if any, in research services.
Extent of third-party research references (with relevant disclosures).

Research Distribution: Reports/recommendations are shared with clients without discrimination.

Data Privacy: Investor data and confidential information are safeguarded and used only with consent or legal requirement.

Guidance: Adequate caution notices and guidance are provided, especially for complex/high-risk products like derivatives.

Investor Rights

Investors are entitled to:

Responsibilities of Investors

Do’s

Always deal with SEBI-registered Research Analysts. Verify registration on SEBI’s official website.
Pay fees only via official banking channels and collect proper receipts.
Carefully review disclosures in research reports before making investment decisions.
Seek clarifications where recommendations involve high-risk or complex products.
Be aware of your right to discontinue services and provide feedback.

Don’ts

Do not share your trading login credentials, passwords, or OTPs.
Do not provide funds to the Research Analyst for trading/investing.
Do not fall for unauthorized claims of “guaranteed returns.”
Avoid acting on rumors, market tips, or misleading advertisements.
