Termination of Agreement

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement shall cease and revert to growmorresearch.com. Any fees paid for services are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Jurisdiction
- This Agreement and its terms are governed by the laws of India.
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
- Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction where any part of these terms cannot be enforced.
Refund Policy
- All subscriptions, payments, and service purchases made through growmorresearch.com are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
- We do not provide free trials, and by subscribing, it is assumed that you have read, understood, and accepted our Refund Policy.
Attorney’s Fees
If GrowMor Research (by itself or through associates) takes legal action to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to the recovery of dues, the company shall be entitled to recover from you:
- All sums owed,
- Reasonable attorney’s fees, and
- Litigation or recovery costs, in addition to other remedies available under law or equity.
